Improvements that improve nothing, but make things look like they are new to provide the illusion that the devs are doing work. Not one of these changes has made an improvement to the user experience in any imaginable way. Those guys need to stop with the skinny jeans and artisan coffee and learn to think. And it's clearly because of dev/management decisions at MS. Of course there are ways for me to deal with this, but bloody hell it's annoying.
